Ark commissioned this project with the goal of helping investors and contractors gain a clearer understanding of the untapped potential within room spaces. By implementing their bespoke design layouts, they aim to move away from the conventional HMO model and offer a more luxurious and refined living experience, all while maintaining the same cost structure. This approach not only enhances the appeal of the properties but also redefines the standard of shared accommodation.
As the project was live and continuously evolving, we needed to re-think our workflow to achieve faster turnarounds while still maintaining the highest standards of quality. Ultimately, we decided to go down the route of using the Unreal Engine, which allowed us to produce high-quality, highly customisable real-time renders efficiently and effectively.
